  • Adeline DeBella

    Adeline DeBella is a contemporary flutist and chamber musician based in New York City. She is specifically interested in commissioning and performing works for alto and bass flutes, bringing their lush sonorities and extended timbral possibilities to new audiences. Adeline recently earned a Master’s degree in the Contemporary Performance Program at Manhattan School of Music, where she was a student of Tara Helen O’Connor. Adeline earned a Master’s degree in flute performance from the Conservatory of Music at Purchase College, where she was the Graduate Assistant to the head of the Classical Division. She received a Bachelor’s degree in flute performance from Columbus State University as a student of Andrée Martin.

  • Grace Pressley

    Grace Pressley is a contemporary saxophonist, arts administrator, and educator based in New York City. Her artistic focus is on diversity in programming, as she is actively seeking ways to make the performing arts community a more inclusive space. As a dedicated proponent of new music, she is looking for ways to be involved in commissioning projects by underrepresented composers and is consistently programming new works in both solo and group settings. Pressley recently graduated with her Master’s degree from the Manhattan School of Music where she studied with saxophonist Erin Rogers. She holds a B.M. in Audio Production from Western Carolina University.

  • Sam Friedman

    Sam Friedman is a trumpet player and composer currently working in New York City. He recently obtained an M.M. in Contemporary Performance at the Manhattan School of Music, where he studied with Brandon Ridenour. He holds a B.M. in Composition and Trumpet Performance from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music, where he studied trumpet with Roy Poper and composition with Stephen Hartke, Jesse Jones, Michael Frazier, and Elizabeth Ogonek. Friedman is interested in expanding the range of artistic possibilities of the trumpet, and is fascinated by the roles that music and sound can play in our relationship to the environment.
